This post-graduation aims to conveying trainees theoretical-practical knowledge concerning food safety, thus enabling them to implement, manage, monitor, inspect and audit management systems for food safety, while respecting the existing European and national legislation as well as the main standard references in this field. The bet on quality and safety of foodstuffs is the main strategy followed by food business operators wishing to remain in the market in a credible way. Within this context, to plan, implement and maintain a management system of management of food security, based on the compliance with the pre-requisites and the HACCP methodology is an added value in order to respond, in an organised and systematic manner to the requirements of all interested parties (consumers and official entities), and to improve the performance of organisations working in this field. Target Group Graduates with training in technical areas, in particular various actors with responsibilities in the food chain, either people in charge, technicians, coordinators or other elements of HACCP teams, consultants, inspectors or auditors.
