We perform vibration, functional, fatigue, shock and modal analysis testing. The thermodynamics laboratory features a high performance/capacity shaker to cope with the growing demand of vibration testing. The installed shaker is a LDS, model V9 of 105 Kn, 5 Hz up to 3000 Hz, equipped with horizontal table of 1.2 m x 1.2 m and guided vertical expander of 1.0 m x 1.0 m allowing you to perform tests on large dimension mass and parts. The data acquisition system is a 44-channel LSM system channels which allows us to perform functional, fatigue, shock and modal analysis testing. This shaker is also equipped with climatic chamber of 2.0 m x 2.0 m x 2.0 m allowing for tests to be carried out in the range of -50ºC to 150ºC. This entire system is fitted on an acoustic protection and “clean” camera in order to meet the requirements of most demanding industries such as Aerospace.
