ISQ makes around 60 entrepreneurs “rock”
ISQ celebrated the end of the 2008-14 SME Training Programme - a 6-year cycle during which ISQ intervened in more than 120 SMEs in the North and Centre of the country, promoting a team building and motivation action for over sixty entrepreneurs: PT 2014 SME CHALLENGE – Winning Teams.
ISQ, in partnership with the specialised company Team Building, gathered over sixty entrepreneurs in the INOVAGAIA Business Incubation Centre on the 25th November.
It was a day of celebration and included surprising dynamics such as the creation of an orchestra made up of entrepreneurs to portray serious issues such as communication, team work, commitment and customer focus in an experimental and fun manner.
The 2014 Organisational Social Responsibility award was also given to the company Trabalhos Verticais, for its volunteering initiative in the rehabilitation of the home of an elderly citizen in Oporto's most depressed area.
ISQ's SME Training Programme is financed by the Operational Programme for Human Potential (POPH) which is managed by AEP (Associação Empresarial de Portugal), which has been providing integrated support to SMEs through fully funded tailor-made training and formative consultancy.
