Safety and risk prevention in industrial facilities
On the 14th May, at Hotel Alvalade in Luanda, Angola, ISQAPAVE promotied a workshop on safety in industrial facilities, in its different strands:
• Assessment of Occupational Risks
• Fire Safety
• Safety of Work Machinery and Equipment
• Explosive Atmospheres
• Exposure to Chemical Agents
• Environmental Risk Assessment
The workshop alerted participants to the importance of prevention, in response to various health and safety problems that may occur in industrial plants and which translate into high risk situations leading to occupational accidents and/or illnesses with irreversible consequences for personnel contributing to the decline of their quality of life.
